Shipping policy

Bluceleste Srl ships orders using a standard delivery service, which approximately requires 2-4 business days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Italy on business days only, excluding national holidays.

Before shipping your purchase, we must verify your payment details with your credit card issuer or payment provider. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but only confirms that we have received it. We reserve the right to refuse your order if payment authorization cannot be obtained.

Once payment authorization has been successfully completed, we work closely with our logistics partners and carriers to process and ship all orders. We strive to minimize processing times; however, during periods of high demand, shipments may experience slight delays due to increased order volume.

Bluceleste Srl cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as transportation disruptions or customs clearance issues. Please contact our Customer Service team if you require assistance.

For pre-order products, the estimated shipping time is indicated on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock products will be shipped once all items in the order become available. If you require a different arrangement, please contact our customer service team.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Bluceleste Srl processes orders within 24 hours of order placement, during the first available business day.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, Bluceleste Srl collects import duties, customs fees, and any applicable local taxes during checkout. Payment of these charges is necessary to allow customs clearance of your order.

Once an order has been successfully scheduled for processing, cancellations or size changes cannot be guaranteed. We therefore recommend carefully reviewing your order details before completing payment.

To modify the shipping address, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

After your order has been processed by our logistics department, you will receive an email containing the shipping details and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment at any time until delivery.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon delivery, customers are kindly requested to inspect the package carefully before signing for receipt. All packages leave our warehouse properly sealed and securely packed.

If the package appears to have been tampered with or damaged, customers are advised to sign the delivery with reservation or refuse the package and immediately notify Customer Service.

If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of tampering, customers should immediately contact the carrier and notify Customer Service.

Once the shipment has been delivered and signed for by the recipient, and no delivery issues have been promptly reported, Bluceleste Srl’s responsibility for the shipment ends. We will not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or any other events occurring after successful delivery.

If a customer refuses delivery of the package for any reason, the shipping costs and any import duties related to the return shipment to the sender will be charged to the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The return service is free of charge, and all related costs are covered by Bluceleste Srl.

Returned items must be sent back in the exact same condition in which they were received, meaning:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • in perfect condition

  • with all original tags attached

  • including all labels and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Go to the link "Return Form" in the footer of Escapista website.

Fill in the return request form.

Our Customer Service team will review and authorize your request within a few business days, and will provide the shipping label required to return your order.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Once you receive our return authorization email:

  1. Place the items you wish to return preferably in the original box used for delivery. Please ensure that any previous shipping labels on the package are removed or covered.

  2. Print the return label and attach it securely to the package, again ensuring any previous labels are covered or removed.

  3. Give the package to the courier.

Please remember that the return service is free, and all related costs are fully covered by Bluceleste Srl.

We recommend keeping the return tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection, which may take several business days.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. If the returned items meet our requirements, we will issue the refund within 14 business days.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on the internal procedures of your bank or payment provider.
